Swedish Massage: Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Deep Tissue: Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage: Ashiatsu is an ancient art of massage from Asia. The therapist uses her feet to apply deep relaxing strokes to the entire body. Ashiatsu is compression massage that feels exquisite and yummy. It is great for those who participate in sports or have stressful lives. Ashiatsu will put you in a zone that will last for hours after the treatment. The therapist does NOT walk on the body.

Lomi Lomi : Lomi Lomi is a Hawaiian method that combines a variety of techniques to relax each part of your body. It will leave you feeling serene and relaxed. Please note that Lomi Lomi is different than regular massage. This massage is deep, done on the vinyl of the massage table, and the draping is minimal.

Abhyanga Warm Oil Massage: Abhyanga is an ancient Indian Ayurvedic warm oil massage for healing and detoxifying the Body, Mind and Spirit. This ayurvedic detox and stress reduction therapy is performed by herbal oils. It incorporates an aromatic combination of oils prepared with herbs warmed and blended to your Dosha type.

Indian Head Massage: Indian head massage involves a complete massage of the head, neck and shoulders. From a therapeutic point of view, Indian head massage balances your central nervous system and promotes mental clarity while deeply conditioning your hair follicles and scalp. From a purely pampering point of view, however, Indian head massage is a truly wonderful experience that ensures you’re left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated; even if only opting for a 30 minute head massage!

Hot Stone Massage: Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Prenatal Massage: Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Reflexology: Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
